The roof apartment on the second floor of the building, is situated in Riccione centre close to the sandy beach and just 100 mt. walking distance. There is private and publich beach. Close to the apartment you can find all facilities you need like shops, bars, markets and restaurants.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed room for 2 persons and a kitchen with a sofa bed for 2 persons. There is a bathroom with toilette and shower and the roof apartment is air conditioned. 1 Parking place available for each apartment.
The apartment are rented weekly from middle June to the end of august from saturday to saturday, while in the period you can check in and check out also in other week days.
