The property is 19th century British and Kumaoni designed house with river Kalsa flows along farm and estate, 5 bedrooms and dining room/Balcony with 2 bathrooms, ideal for 9 people, surrounded by pine and oak trees. Rooms have access to bathrooms without interfering guests staying in other rooms through a corridor connecting to washrooms. 2 extra beds can placed in 2 rooms. Also, there is a big courtyard in front of house to have evening tea or to sit and relax and watch birds in morning.
