A large modern 4 bedroom luxury villa equipped to a very high standard giving spectacular views over the Ocean and Surin Beach on the west coast of Phuket. The villa has 500 sq metres of internal accommodation and 500 sq metres of outside living area. Each of the spacious bedrooms are fitted with en suite bathrooms and king sized beds. The villa has a private 18 metre infinity pool and there is plenty of space for guests to entertain, dine, relax and sunbathe on the various balconies and terraces. We can arrange for a chef to prepare meals if required. The villa is very private, and is in a small estate with security guards 24/7. Surin beach is less than a 10 minute walk where there are shops and local restaurants close by. There is free wifi throughout the property. Children's beds/cots are available free of charge if required.

The villa sits on raised headland on a secure private development at the end of Surin Beach.. Decoration and design is modern Thai, the accommodation features a blend of solid wood and tiled flooring, while black fired-slate is used extensively in the bathrooms.
The master bedroom suite is at the top level, featuring a comfortable sitting area, a large terrazzo bath, separate shower and twin washing basins. There is a 12 metre private sun-deck and a fabulous view of the Ocean.
The second bedroom suite features the same magnificent view of Surin Bay and Beach. The doors open onto a large terrace where you can access the pool and the outdoor Sala. The bathroom features twin wash-basins and a sunken bath and shower.
The main living and dining room also share the view of Surin bay and Beach, there are several terraces and balconies leading off from this room that allows you to enjoy al-fresco dining.
The lower level features a secluded walled garden where the remaining two bedrooms and gym are located. These are also generously proportioned, featuring king-sized beds and sold wood flooring and en-suite bathrooms.
