“Kairos Plus” Aeropod Sovo unit located in the heart of Kota Kinabalu city. This Sovo faces Kota Kinabalu International Airport, and near to the City Center. This Sovo only take you ten minutes' driving distance to reach in jetty which bring you to the wonder of Island in Sabah!

[Design Concept]
We implant the environmental friendly concept into our Sovo. Apart from greening and protecting the natural ecology, we did more in saving resources on construction and resources as well. We mainly select imported pine wood as our main materials because it is durable and beautiful! The pine wood surface is slippery, no chemical paint, no formaldehyde, and the best thing is, it does brighten up our fresh living environment!

[Residence Introduction]
This Sovo accommodates up to 4 people and features with 1.5 air-conditioners, high-quality curtains with sunblock and heat insulation, a small balcony and a bathroom. Guest can access to a garden and gym room as well.

This Sovo only 5 minute drive away to and from Kota Kinabalu International Airport. Guests can find convenience stores and cafes and etc just downstair the Sovo especially for those who arrive at late night or in the early morning, they can enjoy the “Mamak Indian” style pancakes and milk tea, the Indian restaurant serve 24-hour per day!
