5mins walk from the Astrodome, City Hall and the Great Cathedral of San Gregorio, 7 mins drive from the airport, our house is located at the end of a quiet street. You are welcomed by a huge bougainvilliea tree at the entrance of the house. Coconut trees all around the house, Garden with mango tree, guyabano and guava trees; outside terrace with a big table, many birds singing all day long… you will feel most comfortable inside and outside. The house has been completely renovated in 2019 and early 2020. A/C in the living area and in each bedroom. The Master bedroom has its ensuite bathroom with dressing and separate toilet, 2 bedrooms have one shared bathroom. Hot shower in both bathrooms. Ceiling fan in Master bedroom. Each bedroom has windows with view on trees. Kitchen and dirty kitchen. All facilities and ustensiles to cook and eat. One private garage for 2 cars. NON SMOKING HOUSE. You can smoke in the garden. No party allowed in the house. We welcome a maximum of 8 persons. We can organize tours for you (Mayon Volcano, whales sharks…) at special rates. We can arrange pick up at the airport.
NB: The rate includes an allowance of 200 pesos of electricity per day. This is what we spend when we stay in the house, closing the A/C when we are away and when we keep the doors opened. The meter is checked on arrival and departure. In case of overrun, the additional will be paid on departure (13 pesos per kwh).
