The unit is equipped with WIFI and a Smart TV (with NETFLIX ) and is conducive to Work from Home activities brought by the pandemic times.

NOTICE:
Swimming Pool Fees: (Payable directly to the Property Management Office)
Php 150 / Head on ordinary days
Php 300 /Head during declared Holidays
*Swimming Pool operations 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily.
*Pool users are requested to reserve their slot at the reception located at the clubhouse.
*None appearance after 10 min grace period shall automatically forfeit your reservation.
* Maximum 10 swimmers per pool at any given time .
*The swimming pool usage is limited to a specific 1.5 hour
*Only two (2) outdoor pools will be opened every Monday to Wednesday as one (1) Outdoor swimming pool will be closed for general cleaning while indoor pool will be closed every Thursday for general cleaning.

NOTICE:
The Sky Lounge is Closed for Renovation

A portion of The Sky Lounge Viewing Area is open every weekend for FREE viewing of the scenic Taal Lake and Volcano. All users are required to register with the assigned Receptionist and Security Guard on a first-come, first-served basis. There are only 32 seats dedicated to this area and 2 hours limit of use for each visitor is allotted to give way to the next user. Visitors can have access but must agree to abide by and be subject to all the Sky Lounge house rules. (Temporary Closed for Renovations)

An assigned dedicated caretaker-employee of our property is available to assist our visitors upon arrival and departure.

Standard Arrival Time: 2:00-5:00 PM
Standard Departure Time is 12noon.

*Please NOTIFY us beforehand if arrival AFTER 6:00 PM for proper advice and reminder on the late arrival fee to be applied.

*Early check-in request is allowed IF the room IS NOT booked the day before your arrival. Likewise, for Late Check-out Request if there are NO INCOMING booked guests. Granting of early check-in requests can be confirmed on the NIGHT PRIOR to your arrival day .The earliest time guests can check in IF GRANTED is between 1:30 PM.

We are sorry that PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. This is a Property Management Office Policy.
