Luxury apartment in a new building in Surin beach is beautifully furnished and ideally located.
An infinity pool is set on the rooftop but if you prefer the ocean then pristine Surin beach is just 7 minutes away.The building is new, with great amenities, a rooftop swimming pool with sunbathing area. Exercise room, 24 hour security and private parking area.

Our fully air conditioned one bedroom 40 sqm apartment is decorated in modern style and it's equipped for a perfect holiday. The bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe and safe.
The bathroom includes a walk in shower and hairdryer.
The kitchen is equipped to your convenience, has cutlery kitchenware, pans pots, hotplate, toaster, microwave and kettle.
Lounge area offers a flat screen TV with cable channels, opening to the private balcony. The sofa turns into a bed for the third guest. Please inform us in advance if we need to provide linens for the sofa bed.
The swimming pool, gym and restaurant is on the 8th floor, there are stairs and also a handicap elevator.
Free wifi is provided by the building, it's shared and password will be provided by reception upon arrival. Please note that is not suitable for working online as it might not be reliable enough.
We like to meet our guests and provide information about the building, the area, activities. We offer transfers for easy arrival and departure.
This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect the place and follow the building rules. Garbage must be taken to the garbage room by the elevators to avoid insects and bad odours. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily for the same reasons. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you smoke in the balcony you must keep your ashes and throw them in the garbage.
Daily cleaning during your stay is not included. If cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance. Cost is 600THB per time and it includes linen and towels change.
