On the ground floor the living room has a large smart TV with international movies, state of the art sound system and lazy boy sofas. Kitchen has cutlery, crockery and high quality appliances including a large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, wine cooler and cooking hob. Dining table is for 6 people. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with smart tv and sofas as well as a large bathroom.

On the second floor the master bedroom has large windows to look at the kamala hills, master bedroom has an large TV and ensuite bathroom with separate walk in shower and bathtub. The third bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.

All rooms have ACs and windows.

Walking distance to Fantasea show and only 900 meters to Kamala beach, 2 km to Cafe del Mar and HQ beach clubs. The property is approximately 10-15 minutes to Patong west side of Phuket island, in close proximity to Phuket’s finest restaurants, beaches and located just few minutes from the white sandy beach of Kamala.

Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included.
Cleaning is not included, price is THB 1800 per cleaning. Please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.
