NOT FOR LIGHT SLEEPERS!-The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a resident house. We took over the house previously used for office renting and reinnovated into rented either long term or short term apartments. This apartment is used to be an extended rooffloor which was commonly the place for drying clothes, with the simple steel roof to prevent rain. Inspired by the so infamous Vietnamese rooffloor style ^^, we decided to make it into an industrial style apartments as the place to stay and hangout for our guests. The dark cold colour of metal, cement floor and the raw brick walls are offset by the red door, the heat in summer as well as the well-thought facilites to ensure you comfort during your stay. The apartment is about 60 meter square with 1 spacious entrance way, 1 private kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bed room with bunk beds and sofa beds to fit a group of 6. All rooms are equipped with new facilities so you dont have to bring much with you except your own personal care. Stretching from the kitchen to the bedroom is our spacious balcony, perfect for anytime coffee, sunbathing or even gardening.
