The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of 4-floors building/house. We took over the house previously used for office renting and reinnovated it into rented either long term or short term apartments. Inspired by the simple yet functional architect style of Scandinavian, the cosiness and family-friendly of American farm cottages and the traditional Vietnamese handicrafts, we would like to welcome our guest to the place to stay that is comfortable and admirable, both in and outside.
The apartment is about 60 meter square with one private bedroom, 1 spacious entrance way, 1 bathroom and 1 living room with sofabed and kitchen. All rooms are equipped with new facilities so you dont have to bring much with you except your own personal care.
From the living room you can have access to 2 spacious balconies viewing to 2 different streets, ensuring that you have received sufficient daily sunlight and oxygens ^^. Anytime of the day you can come out to enjoy some fresh air, admiring our Fragant Rosewood tree in front of the house or observing daily lives of the locals.
