Luxurious Thai Bali style pool villa with 4 en-suite king sized bedrooms,, located in a quiet area, just 20 min. walk from Jomtien Beach with large private swimming pool, lush gardens, covered sala and BBQ area with carport for two cars.

The pool dimensions are approx. 5 x 9metres. The depth is approx. 1m down to 1.7m.

The villa consists of 4 en-suite, king size bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living room and fully equipped European kitchen with dishwasher and convection oven.

Two of the en-suite bedrooms have direct pool access through patio doors. One of the en-suite bedrooms is in an adjoining building just behind the main house which is great if you want a little more privacy.

While the villa best sleeps up to 8 people we do provide 2 futon style beds with additional bedding for groups up to 10 people.

Many reviews describe the generous range of tools and utensils provided. Unlike many properties in Thailand we are not a front for an impersonal management company. This villa is our only holiday home and is a real living space. We leave everything needed for an enjoyable and comfortable vacation. The kitchen is generously stocked with all those extras that most vacation rentals forget including slow cooker, food blender, electric hotpot for shabu shabu ... We have hosted many successful dinner parties for friends both inside and out in the sala / BBQ area and we leave more than sufficient serving dishes, plates and cutlery. The kitchen includes a European electric oven, 4 ring gas hob and dishwasher. We also provide a cupboard stocked with basic herbs, spices and cooking oils.

The villa is within 5 minutes walking distance of the local village of Bun Kanchana where you will find a busy fresh market, 24 hour 7-11 and Tesco Lotus. This village also has a number of local restaurants (including a Chinese Sichuan restaurant), snack bars, local food stalls, pharmacy and a number of lively bars.

Kindly note we are a good 20minutes walk to the beach front of Jomtien along a touristy road and past the local shops, bars and restaurants. Some people may be put off by the walk to the beach (although we love the exercise). Some guests prefer to use the GrabTaxi app, the local moto-bike taxis in our village or rent their own car.
