Real Village Farm House is spread on a vast 8 acre land which is located in the outskirts of Hyderabad City on Shamshabad Airport Road and offers accommodation for a maximum of 10 members, just 8 km from Nehru Zoological Park and 11 km from Chowmahalla Palace. Charminar is 10 km from the Farm House. The nearest airport is Rajiv Gandhi International Airport which is 8 km away. The property has been renovated in the year 2018 and has accommodation with a terrace. The farm stay is equipped with a satellite TV, two Non ac bedrooms, a living room with marble flooring and 4 bathrooms with a shower. The farm stay also consists of a kitchen area with big double burner stove and basic utensils and also has a double door fridge. The farm stay offers a well maintained outdoor Swimming pool, children's playing area and a Shuttle Court and an open area to play cricket. Guests can also relax in the garden located in the backyard. There are lot of mango trees and domestic animals like cows and goats lives in the farm house. You can experience a complete village atmosphere within the city which is close to nature. There is a dedicated Caretaker and his family who will be available for all the time. Guests are welcome to bring food from outside. There are good Restaurants and Hotels within a distance of 2 to 4 Km. We give the farm house to only one group at a time. On special request a professional Cook can be hired at an extra cost of Rs2000/-, Bonn Fire for Rs7000/- and 3 Kg Lpg Cylinder for Rs500/-. Please note that Mixed Groups and Unmarried Couples are not allowed in the farm house. Loud Music is strictly prohibited.
