This place is close to the city center; with restaurants(McDonald's, KFC), banks, clinics, a bowling alley, a 24-hour grocery mall (7-eleven), Watsons, coffee shops, supermarkets (Aeon and Boulevard shopping mall), self-service launderettes within the vicinity. You’ll love my place because of its ambiance, the neighborhood, cool breeze and amazing city view. This is place highly recommended for couples, families (with kids), and group travellers.

My unit is located on one of the highest floors - so you will definitely get the best morning, sunset and night views Kuching has to offer.

Fully air-conditioned, washing machine, fridge, water heater, electric kettle, hair dryer, stove, pan available (only for light cooking).

Towels, hair and body shampoo provided. However, you will have to bring your own toothbrushes :)

For those who would be driving around in Kuching, we do have a designated car park lot (for 1 car only).

Guests would also have access to the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, kids pool, jogging tracks and gym services that are available in the premise.
