IMPORTANT:
*Since this is monthly rental there'll be 15,000 THB deposit when check-in which full amount will be returned after checking that the place is kept in good condition.
*Contract needs to be signed when check-in. Please prepare passport, visa, and arrival card, and that of follower if any.
*On Agoda any bookings more than 30 nights require multiple book
* For security this place use a face-scan system on the entrance. Please check-in before 7 pm in order to record the face (privacy applied)
