The base rent quoted here is good for up to 6 pax only and is just for the accommodation - food, drink, activities and Beach Club access are not included.

The condo can sleep up to 16 pax, but the 7th to 16th pax are charged at an additional cost of 1500/head/night - please make sure you enter the correct amount of pax into Agoda for your reservation so that you are charged correctly for the condo rental.

If you show up with more guests than your booking, then an additional condo rental fee of 1500/head/night will be payable in cash upon check-in.

If you show up with additional pax who will be for a day visit only there is a fee of 1450/head/day payable upon arrival in cash and if they enter the club they will need to also pay the club entrance fee.

The Anvaya Cove Beach Club entrance fees are from PHP1,000 per head/day paid directly to The Club during your stay with us, and go as high as PHP2,000/head/day for groups over 5 pax during Super Peak periods. Please note this is not consumable and club entrance on your day of departure is not permitted.

We require a PHP10,000 SECURITY DEPOSIT in cash upon check-in. This will be refunded to you at check out after unit inspection and confirmation that all club bills are paid.

We have 10 x condos for daily rental at Anvaya Cove. If your chosen dates are not available for this unit, please send us a message as we may have another unit available for you to rent.

At 110 sq. m, this condo is the largest 3 bedroom 2 bathroom units available for rent at Anvaya Cove.

With 3 bedrooms, and a living space equipped with sofa beds. We supply bed linens and a pillow for each booked person. We do not supply blankets or comforters as most of our guests do not require these given the tropical climate.
