Our spacious apartment is located within free Melbourne CBD tram zone where many restaurants, cafes, bars & shopping! A 1 min walk to Emporium Shopping Center, 3 min walk to Melbourne Central Train Station, guests can easily take tram for free to explore the city or walk to famous tourist attractions such as Queen Victoria Market, Chinatown and Yarra River.

With fast NBN WIFI & Netflix, you can choose to stay in & watch a movie & enjoy our welcome bottle of wine. There is everything you need available from a fully stocked kitchen to guest amenities & linen & towels & amazing city view.

Living space:
Our spacious 1 bedroom apartment is over 60sqm. It can accommodate up to 7 guests, with two large sofa beds in the living room and one single sofa bed in the bedroom along with the queen size bed.

There is a swimming pool, gym, sauna and BBQ area on the top level that guest can access and use during their stay.

We have a self-check-in system, provided by a key delivery service called Keyninja. After they checked your government issued ID, they will give you the keys in front of the building, so you can check in yourself. Same when checking out, they will come and collect the keys from you at a pre-arranged time.

We do cater for arrival after hours by using a key delivery service for an extra fee charged by Keyninja. $20 for between 9pm - 12AM, $50 for after 12AM.

Other things to note

The large gas burner at back of the stove needs to be lighten manually with a gas match. Turn the gas dial to medium, then ignite the gas match or a lighter. Hold the match or lighter close to the centre of the burner, then wait 3-5 seconds until the burner ignites.
