The space

Villa Dimitra surprises you with its simplicity in every element. The first thing that strikes you are the huge patio doors, which dominate the villa's northern walls. The morning sun shines through glass, revealing the house's very high aesthetic - clean, crisp lines, simple colour palette and ingenious combination of wood, marble, metal, glass and steel.

To reach the villa you must drive past the main gate of Theseus Beach Village and identify yourself, once this is not an ordinary place that just anyone can drive through. You'll need to go all the way down to the settlement's private beach and just before you've reached it, you're at the villa.

Regardless of how many times I've been to this wonderful home, always, just before I put my key on the door, I turn around to feast my eyes on the endless blue, right in front of me. It'll amaze you.

Villa Dimitra is a private, extremely peaceful home, situated on a beautiful hill, surrounded by luxurious houses and beautiful gardens, just 3 min walk away from the settlement's private beach and ab 20 min drive away from the international airport of Heraklion.

Home sleeps 8 people and is built in three levels. There is an open space lounge - kitchen area, 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms (two of them en suite), two spacious verandas for chilling out or sunbathing, free parking for 3 cars. Perfect for families, friends, and work retreats.
