Our place is a 3 floor apartment - the entire 3rd floor is for our Dolores Pad guests use.

ALL IN THIRD FLOOR - BEDROOM, TOILET and BATHROOM, KITCHENETTE/DINING ROOM, LIVING ROOM. All these areas mentioned in the third floor are EXCLUSIVE to the Dolores Pad guest - NOT SHARED.

The second floor is also listed for rent - entry & stair hallway is for common use of 2nd and 3rd floor guests.

PARKING: Public street parking only outside the compound; no security guarded parking slot. We are not liable for the security of your vehicle if parked in or out of the compound.

Stairway is narrow & steep - may be difficult for elderly guests & a hazard for small children (please do not leave them unattended). Sorry, no elevator! ;)

The apartment is right along the busy McArthur High-way which whether you are in town for business or leisure, is very accessible going around the area.
