Ours is a HOMESTAY and not an HOTEL. Host stays in this property. Basic amenities provided are AC, TV with Satellite connection, WIFI, Drinking Water (RO Filtered or bottles refilled from 20 L water can), Toiletries (Towels, Dental Kit, Shower Gel) and Tea/Coffee sachet packets (One time Complementary)

While we take the utmost care to maintain, due to any reason if provided amenities do not work which is beyond the control of the property management, it will need attention by 3rd party service providers and may take time for resolution.

Our property is situated ~3 km away from Porur junction. It is situated in a residential area and in a small lane away from the noises of the city traffic. The Kunrathur main road is 15min away by walk from our house. You will find ATM, Small Grocery shops at a walking distance of 5min. Due to the ongoing work by the government, roads in the surrounding area are under maintenance. While it is still nearer to the Airport (7 KM via sub lanes), City Center is around 15 KM. While small eateries are available nearby, a good restaurant will be around 1-3 KM away. Guests who are keen about the location may reconsider their booking and do not complain later. If you are intending to stay in a place that is Safe, Friendly and well maintained rooms, you are MOST WELCOME.

Our Check-In time is after 12:00 PM and Check Out is before 10:00 AM. All guests must produce government recognized valid Photo ID with address proof on arrival, enter details in the register and full-payment to be made on or before arrival.

Airport or Railway Station Pickup/Drop, Local and Outstation tours can be arranged through a known vendor. Currency exchange is also enabled through an agency. Food can be ordered Online (Swiggy/Zomato) or through a vendor (Home Cooked Food) with additional charges. Two of the rooms in this property has a private kitchen so that guests can prepare their own food. Upon usage guests are requested to clean the dishes and maintain the kitchen.

The property is monitored through CCTV surveillance in the common areas as per Government policy. Room will be cleaned every alternative day. Bed covers changed and bathroom cleaned on the 4th day - Applicable for guests staying for more than a day. Power cuts are minimal in our area. However, we do have an inverter backup where fans and lights alone will work for a specific period during these power cuts.

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the rooms, however guest can use the common areas like Car parking or Terrace for Smoking.

As per our Cancellation policy, advance amount will be refunded fully if informed 48hrs before Check-In Date.

Our house is Pet Friendly and we also have 2 Labrador dogs. Pets are allowed at an additional cost.
