Welcome to Summer Parade, the simple and modern home of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah which located in the heart of KK city, having wonderful sunset sea view from the roof top pool that afford excellent opportunities for relaxation, rejuvenation and recreation.
We are open all year round that suitable for guests who wish to relax or business travel.

Our Homes are located in Sutera Avenue, designed with 3 air-conditioned bedroom，a dual key house . It is right opposite Imago Shopping Mall, the largest mall in KK.

2 Master rooms with 4 Queen sized beds in total。1 guest room with 1 Queen sized bed . Each of the home consist of 2 living rooms (air-conditioned) with a flat-screen TV.

We do have 2 sofa beds for group more than 10.
Our home is suitable for couple , family and group.

We offer high speed wifi, towel, pillow, blanket, Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, electric jug kettle, induction cooker and tableware.

There is 24-hour security in the lobby and only with secure access card are allowed to enter the particular floor/unit.

Vehicle parking lot available in basement.

Guests are allowed to use Sutera Avenue's famous infinity pool with the wonderful sunset sea and island view. The swimming pool faces Gaya Island, as well as other islands and KK city. You will not regret taking a swim during your stay, especially during our breathtaking sunset.

Gym is available at the same floor if you look to do some work out during your stay.
A spacious playground is also available for guest with kids.
