We have 3 rooms on second floor out of which they can access Room No. 203 and all the common areas (like drawing rooms, balcony, terrace, kitchen, etc)

Kitchen is on the fourth floor. So you can access that. It's not in this flat.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are available at our place at a nominal charge.

Food can also be arranged from Restaurants.

Guests have full access to the kitchen and you can cook whatever you want to.
