This newly built pool villa is situated in Cha-am, Nong Thapot, only 3 km away from the city of Cha-am , with his nice and crowded beach and many restaurants , and only 2 km from the quiet beach and cozy place Bangkao Banket which is one of the most beautiful beaches in the gulf of Thailand.

This house has a large dining and living room with an open kitchen, equipped with micro wave, fridge, freezer, toaster, hot watermaker etc... It has three spacious bedrooms with king size bed and each have their own big bathroom with shower. The big terrace ends in the infinity swimming pool !!! A large private parking for cars is available at the site.

The house has air conditioning in each room separately. There is also WiFi free available.
You can enjoy the karaoke system, watch tv on the big screen, play pool outside, have a swim with different toys, having a BBQ or just enjoy the beautiful sunset above the mountains , this is all included , just for you !!! Life jackets are available for the smallest children.

In the neighborhood there is the possibility to have a walk in the natural park ,hiking in the mountains , bicycle, fishing or shopping in one of the shopping malls! You have small shops nearby.
