The space

Really cozy, created with love house located in the city center with private fenced territory, tropical garden and a lake. Numerous cafes and restaurants, beach, 24-hours shops 7/11 and Family mart and the famous Fisherman's village are all within walking distance. Recently opened shopping center The Warf offering a great choice of shops, kids' playground and food courts is just a short distance away. The nearest hypermarket is within 3 minute drive, the nearest food market is around 10minutes on foot.
A separate kitchen is equipped with all things necessary for cooking. Spacious living room has air conditioner and two comfortable sofa (180 cm), where one adult and one child under 10 years can have a comfortable sleep plus extra air mattress on the floor.
An air-conditioned bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and one baby under 4 years old. We can provide a baby cot on your request inside your bedroom The house has terrace with table and chairs for your comfort.
We have a big sala on the premises made of solid teak with table and a barbecue, where you can enjoy cooking your favorite seafood or meat on open fire. We provide free airport transfer( from airport) if you stay 3 days or more.
Cleaning and bed sheets change are provided every 5 days, water and gas are included. Electricity is paid separately according to power meter, 7,5 baht per kW.
Famous Samui attractions such as Elephant tracking, Monkey show, Safari Tour, Crocodile and Snake frams, temples are 5-15 minute drive.
