Avida Tower Davao is located at the heart of Davao City. It has 24-hour security and has an outdoor swimming pool and gym. In our place, we provide comfort and cleanliness. Our guests can lie down on our queen bed with fresh beddings either to sleep or just to enjoy watching movies from the several choices stored in our TV. They can dine at our 2-seater dining table with ease. We provided 2-door refrigerator, rice cooker, induction cooker with cooking utensils, and electric kettle for the kitchen. For the bathroom, we have heater for the shower and bidet for the toilet. It is non smoking inside the room and inside the building. We have parking space inside the building but for a fee. Advance notice is required as it is on a first come, first served basis. Sorry, we can't accommodate last minute parking reservation due to strict policy of Avida. It is very convenient to go anywhere as it is accessible by private or public (taxis or jeepneys) vehicle. It is walking distance to 7-eleven, Roxas Night Market, Aldevinco, Marco Polo.
