The property, We have got "Hotel business certificate" which allows to open the place 365 days per year.
Most of property listed on other private accommodation system in ​​Japan can only be rented the place up to 180 days per year. After 180 days, all of reservations will be automatically canceled, so most of guests will involve the trouble. Even you have already completed reservation.
