Our STANDARD 1 BEDROOM UNIT is designed to offer an affordable yet valuable stay. We let you experience an enjoyable stay with a good return value comparable the other units in the nearby area.

a.) The bedroom has a standard double size bed further enhanced by a sensor memory topper to provide more softness.
B.) Fresh white bed sheets are provided. If you would like to request for additional linen, please contact us from 9am-4pm (office hrs)

The living room offers space and cable TV.

The dining and kitchen have basic set of dining and cooking utensils and appliances you can use as well.

The unit has rice cooker, electric kettle and a two pan electric stove . Our kitchen utensils and accessories fits the number of guests the room caters.

We provide (2) bottled water as complimentary.
The bathroom has shower heater and bidet. A tempered glass divides the shower area from the lavatory.

We provide (2) towels, additional towels are provided with a FEE. You may request from 9am-4pm daily.

Parking space fee:
SM Light Mall - 30 pesos for 1st 3 hrs then 30 pesos suceeding hr. Additional 300 after 12MN
Use only spandex fabric for swim wear as required by property management

Pool Access:
PLEASE PURCHASE YOUR POOL VOUCHERS IN ADMIN OFFICE LOCATED AT 3RD FLOOR PARKING AREA FROM 9AM-5PM ONLY.
