**Important condo requirements: (Please read)

UNDER ALERT LEVEL 1 — If not full vaccinated or without booster shot, guests are required to present a negative COVID RT-PCR or Antigen test result and must have been taken 72 hours before check in date.

Important: Current requirements from each guest by the condo admin include:

✔ A government-issued ID
✔ A full vaccination card for COVID-19
✔ Additional booster shot for COVID-19 (disregard if second dose is less than 6 months from check in date)

For guests with their second dose of COVID-19 vaccination being less than 6 months away from check in date, no need for a booster shot.

If not full vaccinated or without booster shot, guests are required to present a negative COVID RT-PCR or Antigen test result and must have been taken 72 hours before check in date.

➤ CHECKING IN -- PAST 9 PM

The condo admin had recently released a memorandum which states that all guests/visitors are required to be assisted by a representative per unit upon arrival/check in. Our housekeepers are scheduled to work only up until 6 PM — we have altered their work hours to be up until 9PM.

If you would be arriving past 9PM, our housekeeper may assist you for an additional late check in fee of 500 PHP. This would cover the cost of their meal and the taxi ride home as there is a lack of public transportation at night, resulting in a difficult commute for them. The full payment shall be given directly to our housekeeper in cash.

➤ What we have in store for our guests:

— Double bed (54" x 75") laced with soft-to-skin linens to help you sleep like a baby.
— Towels (based on the no. of booked guests)
— Toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, liquid hand soap, roll of tissue) plus some extras to help you settle in

— There's a 43" smart UHD TV 4K quality with Free Netflix access. Top plan selected for more HD movies. Our goal is to make your entertainment experience fun and enjoyable, nothing less! You can watch all day, all night long.

— Board and card games are provided. When you play, please return complete the way they were found. Let the next guests enjoy them too!

— Have extra guests? There's a wide comfortable 3-seater couch that can serve as a bed for any 3rd person. An extra double-sized folding mattress is handy too. Book any additional person in advance so we can get these ready for you.

— Dine in our custom made 4-seater hardwood dining table with pull out box storing the silverware. There are ready plates, cups, glasses, utensils on the kitchen shelves. No movie nights are complete without wine glasses, beer mugs and shot glasses provided for your maximum enjoyment! so don't forget to bring your favorite drink.

— With appliances included, such as the fridge, microwave, rice cooker, toaster and electric kettle (stove disabled for short-stays of less than 5 days)

— A 2-stage water filtration system has been installed to improve the quality of drinking water from the tap. Yes, tap water is potable even without the water filter. Condo complies to government regulations by maintaining and testing the water quality every single day. For extra sensitive guests, there are bottled water being sold at the nearby Lawsons convenience store.

— Bathroom has centralized water heating, for both the faucet sink and shower.

✔ Cooking is limited in the condo for short-stays of less than 5 days. To keep our home ultimately sparkling, odor-free and pest free each time, we discourage heavy cooking. Light cooking using the existing appliances mentioned are available for use. You may also order online and have your foods delivered to the condo.

✔ Additional Cooking wares and appliances may be provided for upon request for a fixed fee that's based on the length of your stay:

— For 4 nights / 100.00 PHP per day
— For 5 nights up or 1 week / 500.00 PHP Total
— For more than 2 weeks up until 1 month / 1,000.00 PHP Total

Additional cooking includes an induction stove with a compatible frying pan and medium-sized pot. Please note that all guests can still use the existing appliances (electric kettle, toaster, microwave, rice cooker) for light cooking. All appliances must stay inside the unit at all times during your entire stay.

✔ For parking during your stay, we may arrange to have a slot reserved for you that would cost 250 PHP a day/overnight with in-and-out privileges for the whole duration of your rent/stay. We would just need for you to provide your car details ahead of arrival for proper coordination with the condo building office and security.
