NEW POLICY: Security Deposit of Php 2,000 will be requested before check-in and will be refunded if there are no damages. Guests are required to register at the Mezzanine Office for check-in and endorsement of keys and House Rules. Kindly look for Ella/Ram upon arrival.

For 4 to 6 Guests : All access (Whole Unit)
For 7 to 10 Guests : All access (Whole Unit) + Extra Mattress

The 3AB Unit is located at the 3rd Floor which you access through a staircase, with two (2) bedrooms, kitchen, one (1) toilet and bath, a living room and a balcony.

NOTE: We have other tenants living in the property. WE IMPLEMENT QUIET HOURS during 10:00pm to 7:00am. LOUD PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE UNIT. Simple celebrations are welcome, however, shouting and loud musics are highly discouraged.

Within the living room, guests are free to use the newly installed 43” Television with Netflix, while enjoying a relaxing time in the couch. Balcony is also available for a lovely morning coffee!

Kitchen is equipped with the basic cooking essentials to make lunch and dinner conveniently while you are in our place! The following items are provided:
(1) two-burner electric stove
(2) rice steamer
(3) microwave oven
(4) refrigerator
(5) electric kettle and
(6) basic kitchen & dining utensils

Bedroom 1: Queen Size Bed with Hotel Quality Mattress
Bedroom 2: Bunk Beds, Single Beds with Pull-out Plus Sofa Bed & Floor Mattresses

Bathroom comes with a hot shower. The toilet and bath are separated by glass. Fresh towels and basic toiletries like tissue, soap and shampoo are provided to guests.
