My house is suitable for couples, families with children and business travelers. In general, my house is suitable for all travelers who want a quiet and relaxing place, away from the confusion of tourist flows, but in a strategic position to reach all the major attractions of the island of Phuket. The house is in fact a short distance from the beach, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and markets of Kamala. All the places mentioned can be reached quickly by walking, but since the house is located in the Kamala hill, for people not too athletic, we recommend considering renting a scooter or a car, which can be done easily on site.
ACCOMMODATION
The house is on three floors. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room, the guest bathroom, the living room, equipped with a 55-inch television. The ground floor is organized as an open space and from it you can directly access the pool and the garden where you will also find the jacuzzi and the pavilion for relaxation. On the first floor you will find the first two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and television. On the second floor you will find the third bedroom, also with its bathroom and equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and television. The remaining space on the second floor is a terrace partially covered by a traditional wooden roof, set up for the barbecue and equipped with a table for ten people, the ideal place to spend the evenings with your friends.
The whole house is air-conditioned, and it is fully equipped for all your needs: WIFI internet system in every room and in the roof terrace, cable television system, safe-deposit box, bed linen and towels, washing machine, ironing board and iron, hair dryer in every room ........ come and visit us and surely you will not be disappointed.
You consider that, unlike many ads that do not specify this, the price includes consumption of utilities (water and electricity) and daily cleaning.
