Stay overnight just outside Calayo Cove and Pico de Loro Cove Hamilo Coast (3km or 3min off, in Brgy Looc), with authorisation for you to visit & enjoy famous facilities of Pico de Loro Cove, its beach & pools and Calayo Cove beach with its amazing park of inflatables, beach BBQ and cove hopping tours! :)
Note: 3 units are available next-door, each is 2BR and each good for 12 guests! :)

Calayo Cove beach: FREE access! :) You might be asked for parking fee or environmental fee of 20 P in some areas, also note that if accessing beach via beach resorts then their charges might apply; as it is public beach there is FREE access to it :)

Pico de Loro Cove access: Authorisation (Guest Endorsement Form) to enter Pico de Loro Cove is PROVIDED (one daytour).
Club Guest Registration Fee for Pico de Loro Cove is not included in rates;
what fee applies depends on what day guests arrive/visit:
*Lean Season : All weekdays of January, February and July – November. 900 PHP adult
**Peak Season : All weekends of January, February and July – November; all weekdays of March – June and December; all holidays of the year. 1,300 PHP adult
***High Season : All weekends of March – June and December. 1,400 PHP adult
****Holy Week: 1,550 PHP adult
*****Yearend & Christmas: 1,550 PHP adult
******Children 4 to 12 years old: PHP 400-800 depending on season (accompanying Member will advise onsite, or as per GEF-form if entering as unaccompanied guests)
*******Children 0-3 years old: free of charge

To get here:
- Road map is provided on our site; it takes 90min drive from Manila MoA to Pico de Loro Cove.
- Public transport option is to take Nasugbu bus from Manila Paranaque PITX Terminal and get off in Looc (just outside Pico de Loro Cove). PITX Terminal is close to MOA and Coastal Mall; mode of transpo is by Taxi or Bus, just inform the driver PITX Terminal as your destination. PITX Terminal full address: MWM Terminals Inc. Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange, 1 Kennedy Road Brgy Tambo Paranaque City, 1701.
- Another public transport option is to take bus to Nasugbu, then use pick-up services provided by our designated driver from Nasugbu (P 1000 for the whole car one way).
- Private car transfer from and to Manila is also available with rate starting at P 5,500 one way for the whole car. Please do ask if interested or in need of different arrangement, we will try to source for and find a good solution for you!
- Parking is free just in front of the unit.
- Local restaurants, wet market, sari-sari stores are readily available in Brgy Looc.

Accommodation: no restrictions, all ages are welcome.

Boat Tours: available from re-opened Papaya Cove and Calayo Cove! :)
Calayo Cove: public beach - generally free access, and private resorts - for example Villa Espinosa (P 250 for daytour fee, then cottage rent extra etc) or MB Cove, all are easily found in FB or Google :)
Patungan beach: public beach - generally free access, open and available, small parking fee & daytour & cottage fee if renting.
Pico de Loro Cove (endorsement for daytour is provided) and some other private resorts: all ages are welcome, no health related requirements, guest registration fee is not included.

Inclusions and exclusions, property details:

+ Fully Furnished and Air-conditioned 2-bedroom townhouse unit;
+ WiFi & NETFLIX & Chromecast access are available and free in the townhouse :)
+ In each 2-bedroom townhouse unit: 2 bedrooms each with Queen Size Bed (Uratex) and double sofa-bed or pull-out bed (Uratex), 2 double sofa-beds in living-room, all with linen and pillows and blankets;
+ Table and chairs/benches in the unit and BBQ out in backyard/patio;
+ HD Flatscreen 40inch TVs with Karaoke and with Cignal cable TV channel package;
+ Shower/bathroom: toilet paper, hot/cold water (heater installed), bidet shower and a hand towel are provided. Advice is to bring own toiletries and beach/big towels, beach towels are otherwise available at pools and beach for P 50/day/towel (Pico de Loro Cove rate) or can be pre-arranged in townhouse for you by Caretaker for P 40/towel for period of use (upon sending to laundry new towel is arranged for another P 40); shower gel and soap are provided in Country & Beach Club pool & beach changing rooms;
+ Kitchen is equipped with all you need for a proper dinner making, otherwise several local restaurants are available in the vicinity: Pearl Cuisine is really nice, otherwise Pico de Loro Cove Pico Sands hotel restaurant is open 24/7, Lagoa restaurant is nice, as well as Reef Bar on the beach;
+ Inside 2BR townhouse kitchen (feel free to bring food and cook): Jar of drinking water, Induction top stove 2 burners, Rice Cooker, Refrigerator, Microwave oven, Kettle, all Kitchen Utensils (cookware and dinnerware). Dish-washing materials are provided;
+ Parking is free just in front of the 2BR townhouse unit;
+ Laundry service (private clothes) is available via Caretaker, wash-dry-fold on rate per-kg basis; please do ask Caretaker for laundry service if needed during your stay.

Included inside Pico de Loro Cove premises after Club Guest Registration Fee is paid (not included in 2BR townhouse rate):
+ Free access to Pico Beach and Reef Bar (sun chairs with umbrellas - free! big shaded cabanas available for a small fee);
+ Free use of Country Club swimming pools and lockers/showers;
+ Free Shuttle rides;
+ Free gym;
+ Free WiFi in public areas (at the pools, on the beach etc);
+ Access to and use of tennis court/squash/table tennis/badminton courts/basketball courts/pony rides/scuba diving/snorkeling/kayaking/bowling etc for minimal/reasonable fee.
+ Beach Club is the only place out of reach for Unaccompanied guests, i.e. part of the beach is blocked for members-only. Otherwise everything else, including Pico Beach (more than half of it) is accessible;
+ Fish feeding;
+ Ambulance on stand-by 24/7 in the premises, small clinic with nurses and doctor.

Terms and conditions:

- Check-in Time: from 1pm
- Check-out Time: latest 10am
If no other guests are using townhouse before you check-in or/and after you check-out (you can easily check that with me or Caretakers just before your stay), feel free to check-in (use the unit) as reasonably early as you wish, and to check-out as reasonably late as you wish.

- Safety deposit of P 1000 cash upon check-in is a standard requirement; it will be paid back to you upon check-out clearance.

- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the unit. Smokers can use backyard, ashtray is provided. Smoking inside toilet or inside accommodation itself would lead to lots of extra work sanitizing the area from the smell of smoke and safety deposit would be affected.

- Pets allowed upon request and if house-trained only. Any damage caused by pets or extra cleaning needed due to pets will lead to additional charges.

- Please turn off water taps and turn off electrical appliances when leaving the house for your outdoor activities, including AC; otherwise Caretaker will reserve right to enter your townhouse and switch off water and electricity when you are not there.

Various:

- Having any issues (light busted or similar) please do not hesitate to contact Caretakers; they are available onsite 24/7.

- Please take good care of townhouse key that you receive; missing key will result in replacement of lock-set, with total price of that being P 1,000 billed to the guest.

Booking and payment:

You can finalize your booking online paying using your credit/debit card to hosting site, who will transfer payment to the host after you check-in; note that hosting sites have service fees and taxes that add up to the rate.
