Located in a very local area where you can totally grab some good Thai food with great prices!

Your floor :
- The house is newly renovated so it's modern and have that hint of that good old vintage style. You get the whole entire floor with one bedroom + shared bathroom + hangout spot to chill in front of the bedroom

Mezzanine floor :
- A common area on the mezzanine floor that you're welcome to work or hang out in. I live here myself on the mezzanine floor. I'm home sometimes and willing to help with any questions you have with Thailand/ Bangkok related.

Feel free to use Garment Steamer, Washer and detergent, Fridge, Microwave.

TRANSPORTATION :

- Sick of traffic in Bangkok? Have you tried traveling by canal boat? Fun experience taking Sansaeb canal boat to places in Bangkok! It could get you to the Grand Palace, Siam, Pratunam, MBK area as well (though, will take a while)

- You could take boat to the famous Airplane Grave yard. It's quite close to our area!

- It's a very local area (except for the next street) so you can get good Thai food with real Thai price. A few massage places you could enjoy.

- Close to a few food market and night markets. If you love malls, there are also a few in a walking distance or short motorbike taxi ride.

- 10 mins walk to Soi Lad Phrao 101 where has so many good restaurants and bars
- 20 mins walk to The Mall Bangkapi, Happy Land, Macro, Tawanna, Daily Night Market

Getting around
- 3 mins walk to bus station
- 3 mins motorbike ride to Canal boat pier. You can go places in Bangkok from there.
