***The villa is located at very nice location. It is very close to the beach (it just takes about 30 meters by walking to the beach).
-This villa can accommodate up to 10 adults and 4 children under 11 years old. A maximum of 02 extra adults and 02 extra children can be accommodated per villa with an extra charge of VND1,000,000 per adult and VND500,000 per child, without extra bed and no breakfast.

Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has an additional large balcony. Downstairs there is a huge open plan kitchen/living room with folding glass doors that completely open on to the pool, garden and waterway. There is a double garage as well.
