My property are just few minutes away from Airport and Shopping Malls and you will have the entire place to yourself unless otherwise stated in some of my property listing. You can relax and experience beach in the city.

We are a property management service who provide residential apartment and not a full-fledged hotel operator that is why our rates are less expensive compare to other similar properties due to some restriction we have applied. We encourage potential guest to please check the details of the listing before confirming your reservation.

I barely assign someone else for check-in and check-out Unless I'm travelling. I prefer to take care of my guest personally to make sure of smooth arrival and departure. Most probably I will not be around near the property so you will be more independent in my apartment. However, I can be easily reach by email. Feel free to ask me anything you might need on or before your arrival.

In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), All guests are required to present a negative result from a Rapid Antigen Test conducted on the same day of check-in as outlined in Department of Tourism’s administrative order 2020-006-A. 14 Days Quarantine will be required by the property, Alternatively, Guest may provide a SWAB Test to waive the quarantine period. If it is not provided, your booking will be canceled on arrival.
