It is located within a very quiet urbanization inhabited basically by families who live permanently in it. Therefore, it is not allowed to celebrate parties. It is a 10-minute walk from the subway that links Mairena del Aljarafe with the center of Seville. At the same distance is the center of the town and also one of the largest shopping centers in the area (Metromar), with a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, cinemas and shops. In summer, it stands out for being cooler than the capital, due to the altitude of the area.
