Your home away from home! JJ's Escape is a homely, bright & airy villa with a POOL, garden patio, all-around verandah.

Perfect for weekend escapes, birthdays, hen nights, family reunions, etc. 2min drive to PD main 3 1/2 mile beach & La Playa Bistro (weekend live music). 5min drive to PD town.

Cooking/BBQ/party amenities/towels/bed linen provided. 55" Smart TV compatible with Netflix, PS2 or Karaoke Machines. Foosball table, carrom board & board games too! We do not have free Netflix or Cable/Standard TV. Our Wifi is not strong. Big BBQ set available for rent (no charcoal/firestarter provided).

Max capacity is 10pax. Additional persons at RM50/each/night. No additional bedding/towels will be provided.

We are a family run home stay. We are not a venue for crazy loud and rowdy parties. We have to be strict as a small number of past guests have inconvenienced us and our neighbours. We require a RM500 damage deposit that will be refunded 5 working days after checkout - we will be contacting you after you have made your booking for this. Please note that you will forfeit your deposit if you:

*Do not follow the pool rules and/or house rules.
*Smoke in the villa or leave cigarette butts littered on the property, including the drains and garden.
*Damage the property or leave the villa in an unacceptably dirty condition.
*Do not follow our Quiet Hours which are from midnight to 7am. We are in a housing estate with neighbours. We will not tolerate rowdy & loud guests and will call the authorities if required..

If you have a BBQ/party, you are responsible for cleaning up the villa of all party rubbish etc. This includes leaving ALL rubbish outside the house in the bin, cleaning all kit that has been used (bbq set, tables, chairs etc) and returning them to storage. Failure to do this will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
