My apartment fits into my five criteria that I always use when traveling
1. Reasonable Price : The price of renting my two bedroom apt is much cheaper than renting only 1 room in the 5 star hotel next door that has less facilities
2. Good Location : The apt is located in the newer part of West Surabaya and just a 5 min drives to the toll road to airport. It is connected to the shopping mall that has all kind of retail shops, hypermarket and restaurants
3. Designer place: The apt has not only a great design, but it must also function well
4. Quality Amenities : The apt has quality of bed, linen, towel, soap, shampoo, etc. Most importantly, it must be quiet and clean. After all, we pay the place in order to have a good rest
4. Great Facilities : It has a great exercise facility - fitness center, 3 swimming pools, tennis court, jogging track, and Jacuzzi/Sauna
