Q: Is it possible to check-in early?　
A: Check in from 15:00. There is a group of guests check out on that day. And then the cleaning company will finish their work at 15:00.
Q: Is it possible to check-out late?
A: Check-out is 11:00am. Because the cleaning company must clean up the room for the next guest. Please take the luggage away when you check out. You can leave the luggage in Shinjuku Sta. where there are lot of coin-lockers, which are big enough for big luggage.
Q: How can I get the key?
A: After the reservation is confirmed, I will send you the ACCESS GUIDE.pdf to tell you how to get the key. It can help you from Narita or Haneda Airport or Tokyo Station smoothly.
