DERU Residence is located in Pangsapuri Ladang Tok Pelam in Kuala Terengganu City Centre. It is close to famous landmarks such as the drawbridge (3 min), KTCC Mall (2 min), Pasar Payang (5 min), Chinatown (5 min), Redang Jetty (5 min) and Batu Burok Beach (2 min). Sultan Mahmud Airport is also near- only 15 min drive from the apartment.
Our fully-furnished apartment is perfect for those who are looking for a home away from home. The rooms are fully air-conditioned. Quality pillows, mattress and beddings were prepared to ensure a good night sleep, and both bathrooms were installed with water heaters for guests’ convenience.
Our house is equipped with Apple Tv- guests can watch purchased movies on iTunes Movies, Netflix, Amazon Prime Videos, YouTube, Apple Music etc. as well as amazing selections of books to indulge in, including children books for your little ones. Free WiFi is available for our guests.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meal. We also offer complimentary tea, coffee and sugar, as well as cooking condiments. Guests will also enjoy unlimited supply of drinking water (hot, cold, room temperature) as we have installed a Coway water purifier in the kitchen.
