Address: 577/47 Tran Hung Dao St, Cau Kho Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The place is right at the center of Ho Chi Minh City. Super convenient for quickly getting to any other locations in Ho Chi Minh City.

Sincerite is located in an alley, which is only 20m from the main street and 100m from the intersection where District 1 and District 5 meet each other.

You will not be affected too much dust of vehicles around. But can still quickly get to surrounding convenience stores, banks, bus stops or famous entertainment areas like Bui Vien or Nguyen Hue walking street by just walking.

Homestay:

Sincerite 1 is a 2 floors apartment in a 3 floors house located in District 1. The floor 1 is a Mini take-away cafeteria named Cowboy. You can instantly order Drinks by just walking downstairs.

The Mini take-away cafeteria downstairs closes after 9:00PM.

If you need bigger house, let's check our Sincerite 2.

Sincerite uses the private entrance at the side of the house downstairs. You can enter the homestay without having to go through the cafeteria any time you want using the side door.

With lots of windows, you will never feel light lacking or suffocated. Not only that, we placed lots of plants outside the balcony and inside Sincerite to balance the environment with nature.

Mini kitchen is also available, easily cook your own food.

We are willing to share our list of local restaurants, galleries, flea markets, street food vendors if you want.

Notice:

Bed sheets, pillowcase, blankets are frequently being washed and replaced so they might not match the pictures in the description. If you are not tourists and have the need to rent the house for taking pictures, you can ask us for most recent pictures of the beds to check if it fits your need.
