The villa is perfectly located in Kamala, a beautiful village on the western side of the idyllic island, just 5 minutes from Kamala Beach and 20 minutes from Patong Beach, where residents will find plenty of flea markets, boutiques, and high-end shops. The local beaches offer plenty to do and see from scuba diving to snorkeling, sailing and fishing. Phuket Fantasea water park is within easy reach and several world-class golf courses are close by.

Phuket International Airport is a 40-minute drive from the villa, transfer from the airport can be arranged upon request.

Hygiene and cleaning:
At the end of every checkout, a team of professional cleaners will disinfect and clean the whole house. The sheets, quilts, pillows, towels and disposables will also be replaced to ensure a quality standard for our customers.

We have Mid-stay cleaning service for guests However, any additional replenishment of supplies and cleaning requests will be charged separately.

House Care and Environmental Protection:
We will appreciate if the guest take proper care of the villa as though it's their own. The Residences take part in a greens initiative to help reduce a carbon footprint for future generations. Please ensure that the air conditioner and lights are turned off when not in use. For booking minimum 7 days price does not include electricity usage at THB 7.5 per unit.
