Our fully air conditioned one bedroom apartment is decorated in modern style and it's equipped for a perfect holiday. The bedroom is en-suite and has a king size bed, wardrobe, safe, and a toilet table with a mirror.
The bathroom includes a bathtub, a walk-in shower and a hairdryer as well as handcrafted amenities from Chiang Mai.
The kitchen is equipped to your convenience, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, toaster, microwave and kettle. Dining area with a table for dining in.
Lounge area offers a large Smart TV with cable channels, opening to the private balcony. Free Wi-Fi is provided by the building, it's shared and password will be provided upon arrival. Please note that is not suitable for streaming online as it might not be reliable enough.
One extra person can sleep on the sofa in the living room, so we can host 3 people or a couple with a child. Please let us know in advance if you need us to set up bedding before your arrival.
Apartment has a private balcony with outdoor furniture and a washing machine for your convenience.

Electric and water usage are included in the price. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. The cost is 600baht, which includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.
