The apartment is located just a minute's walk from restaurants & bars, but still in its own secluded and discreet bay giving you the feeling of a private beach and utmost privacy.

Hygiene and cleaning:
At the end of every checkout, a team of professional cleaners will disinfect and clean the whole house. The sheets, quilts, pillows, towels and disposables will also be replaced to ensure a quality standard for our customers.

We will provide a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service for guests that stay more than a week, and will replace towels for them. However, any additional replenishment of supplies and cleaning requests will be charged separately.

House Care and Environmental Protection:
We will appreciate if the guest take proper care of the unit as though it's their own. The Residences take part in a greens initiative to help reduce a carbon footprint for future generations. Please ensure that the air conditioner and lights are turned off when not in use.
