★ Kindly note that the rate published is for non-AC bedrooms only. If you wish to use the AC, additional 1k pesos will be charge and will be deducted from your security deposit.

Early check in and late Check out is subject to availability. Should you require earlier than 2pm, kindly contact us a night before your booking date to confirm the availability and is subject for additional charge of 300 pesos per hour as extension of stay.
