We are located in the center of Bangkok old town. All highlights of Bangkok are within 5-15 minutes walk such as Wat Pho, Wat Phrakaew, The Grand Palace, Khaosarn rod, Flower market. The area is very safe and convenient. Bus stop is just 1 minute walk. Samyod MRT Train station is just 2 minutes walk. Delicious local food can be easily found around the place. On the ground floor, we have a small bar and cafe that serves from 11am till 1am so you will never get thirsty.

We are a 5 storeys townhouse conveniently located on Charoenkrung road which is in the center of the old town of Bangkok. Wat Pho, The Grand Palace, Wat Arun are just 5-10 minute walk. Tastly food and convenient store are everywhere. You will own 1 floor of the building with 4 comfy beds and spacious space to open your suitcases. The toilet and bathroom are clean and full of our local amenities. We also offer coffee, tea, water and kettle for you.

We are located right on the first road of Thailand called " Charoenkrung road" at Sikak Phrayasi Intersection, which is the center of the commerce and trading either in the past and today.

We are close to everything so you can save your money in travelling around the city. You can either walk or catch a bus from the front of the house.
