1. This is a Non-Smoking room. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on premises, including balcony. A RM200 fine will be assessed if the guest house smells of smoke upon departure
2. No Party or Group Gathering allowed - any evidence of parties or events will result in a RM200 fine.
3. Check-out time is by 12pm. Late check-out will result in a charge of RM50 per Hour and is subject to availability.
4. Keys need to be placed back to our nominated place during the check-out time.
5. Baggage Storage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out
6. Every time you use kitchen, be sure to wash all the dishes and keep them clean.
7. Garbage should be thrown into the garbage room located outside the room every day to avoid attracting cockroach, ants, worm etc.
