This apartment is the perfect location- close enough to Piazza San Marco but yet a peaceful respite when you are finished with the crowds. The area gives you a very different feel of Venice that most don’t see....

400 years ago, the palace was the home of the master craftsmen of the "Corderie dell'Arsenale", the buildings in which the ropes of Venetian vessels were intertwined and which now is venue for the Biennale. Our apartment is modern but you can feel these historical origins.

This large and elegant apartment is located in an ideal location, right next to the Arsenale (for visitors to the Biennale is really great!)
It is very quiet, at night you only hear the splashing of the fountain. In a few minutes you are at the Arsenale stop of the vaporetto, and in about 10 -15 minutes, following the beautiful path along the "Riva degli Schiavoni", you will reach Piazza San Marco.
Also the "Via Garibaldi", where you will find everything you need, taverns, bars, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, post office ... is just a few minutes away.

In the comfortable entrance you can leave shoes, jackets, keys and umbrellas.
The living room, with its high ceilings, will allow you to rest quietly in 5 people, as well as eating on the large round table, or even just watching TV from the soft sofa.
The bedroom is large and welcoming and on summer nights you can hear the gentle sound of the Campiello della Tana fountain in the distance.
In case you need it, we are perfectly equipped to make you cook.
Two powerful column fans allow you to get cool both in the living room and in the bedroom on the hottest days.

Throughout the house there is WIFI, free for our guests.
