ANCIENT HOUSE: The building was built since French Colony time so it has a very old cover but once you get inside the apartment, you will satisfy with all the mordern equipment.

STAIRS: Located on the 3rd floor, we dont have lift so you have to climb some stairs to reach the place. Please fully aware about this point if you're travelling with big suitcase.

NOISE: As located in center of the center, noice might be included in the package. Please fully aware if you are a light sleeper/picky guests. Repeat, repeat: This will not an ideal place for light sleeper/ old people/ picky people due to the noise.

WATER PUMP: You are in Hanoi, a city of more than 1000 year. You are staying in a house with more than 100 year old. So the water system is not morden like you expected. We need a water pump to press the water out. There will be a clinking noise anytime water is used. This is unavoidable, for sure. Please do not hate it, my poor pump :(

EXTRA CHARGE: We charge 5 USD for each extra guest. This amount is automatically added in agoda. So, please put the exact number of guest while you process your (URL HIDDEN)

EARLY CHECK IN, LATE CHECK OUT: Early check in before 8:00 AM and late check out after 8:00 PM will be fully charged.
Early check in after 8:00 AM and late check out before 8:00 PM will be 50% charged.

LAUNDRY: We don't having washing machine but I could recommend you my laundry service provider who offers a reasonable price (30.000vnd/kg).
