8. Toiletries: Soap and Shampoo Only
9. The gym is for Members only. Minimum membership fee is 1,050 for 1 month.
10. Pool is for Homeowners only. Guests can use the pool during weekdays with fee. Guests are not allowed to use the pool during weekends (friday to sun)and holidays
11. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.
12. Hosts are staying in IRIS lobby only. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have concerns.
13. Early check in and late check out is subject to availability.
14. CLEAN AS YOU GO POLICY
-Please wash all kitchenwares such as plates,pans and utensils before check out. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

15. Our representative will facilitate the check out 10-minutes before 11:00AM.
