The fully air conditioned studio is decorated in modern style and it's equipped for a perfect holiday. The bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe and safe.
The bathroom includes a walk in shower and hairdryer as well as handcrafted amenities from Chiang Mai.
The kitchen is equipped to your convenience, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, hotplate, toaster, microwave and kettle.
Lounge area offers a flat screen TV with cable channels, opening to the private balcony.
The swimming pool, gym and restaurant is on the 8th floor, there are stairs and also a handicap elevator. Wifi is provided by the building. Please note that is not suitable for working online as it might not be reliable enough. 

We'll provide instructions for check in 24 hours before arrival, we also offer transfers for easy arrival and departure.

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect the place and follow the building rules.  Garbage must be taken to the garbage room by the elevators to avoid insects and bad odours. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily for the same reasons. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you smoke in the balcony you must keep your ashes and throw them in the garbage.
