- Need to go down one flight of stairs from parking area to get to the unit
- For seniors and PWDs, can opt to make use of the flat pathway to enter the unit thru the veranda

- 6 blankets, 4 bed pillows, 10 small pillows, 4 big throw pillows, 4 small throw pillows
- Dining table w/ 8 dining chairs
- 2 bathroom (w/ shower, toilet, bath tub) – no shower heater
- Kitchen w/ refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, oven toaster, stove, gas, water dispenser (drinking water not included), pot, pan

- Has direct access to pool area and beach through veranda
- 3 min walk to pool and beach area

- Alternative way to get to pool and beach area: Need to go up one flight of stairs from the unit to get back to the parking area then turn left, walk straight ahead until you pass Apartment 18, then turn left to get to the pool and beach area
- Free, sufficient parking slots located in front of the apartment
-No corkage fee. Cooking and grilling are allowed.

Mandatory Entrance Fee (one-time payment good for entire stay, to be settled at the Apartment upon arrival) : PHP 350/head for guests aged 4 years old and above inclusive of access to beach & pool

**Mandatory Entrance has been waived as of the moment while waiting for new policies from the new village manager. Guests can temporarily access HA Pool and beach for free but cannot access infinity pool.
